Parking in Chicago can be rough during a great event like the Pride Parade, so we will be listing parking hints and tips as we learn them. As always we encourage you to use public transportation as much as possible.

Halsted St. – Grace St. to to Belmont Ave.
Belmont Ave. – Sheffield Ave. to Broadway St.
Broadway St. – Belmont Ave. to Diversey Pkwy.
Diversey Pkwy. – Broadway St. to Cannon Dr. (Sheridan)
Cannon Dr. – Diversey Pkwy. to Fullerton Pkwy.
Addison St. – 736 W. Addison St. to Sheffield Ave.
Waveland Ave. – Halsted St. to Broadway St.
Grace St. – Halsted St. to Fremont St.
Clifton from Montrose Ave. to Sunnyside Ave.

ADDITIONAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
There will be additional parking restrictions on Sunnyside Ave between Broadway and North Sheridan Road also North Sheridan Road from Montrose to Agatite Street.
ue to the volume of vehicles involved, towing will begin promptly at 5:00AM. Cars will not simply be relocated to nearby streets. They will be towed.
This year, you can get access to the parade from more CTA stations than before, including Wilson and Sheridan. From the Red Line, Wilson, Sheridan, Addison or Belmont all provide access via a short walk to the parade route.
Please note: the area around Belmont has historically been very crowded, so please encourage your friends to come to Uptown at the new start of the Parade route Broadway south of Montrose,areas served by both the nearby Wilson and Sheridan stations on the Red Line. In addition, a number of lakefront bus routes including the 146 and 151 provide convenient access from the north, the Gold Coast/North Michigan Avenue and downtown to areas east of the parade route.
Extra service will be provided on the “L’ on parade day to accommodate the large numbers of people who attend the parade. Due to the increase of local traffic and a number of bus reroutes, potential parade spectators are advised to make use of the L or the various bus routes.
Divvy Bikes will be removed and unavailable on parade route
